  • "Add-ons" represent additional features, services, or custom elements chosen by the Customer to extend or enhance the basic template functionality.
  • "Dashboard" is the user-specific section on the Platform where Customers manage their project details, upload requirements, view drafts, and receive final deliverables.
  • "Agreement" refers to this document, including any related or supplementary terms that govern the use of Blackbox-Dev's services.

2. General Service Scheme

Blackbox-Dev has structured its service model to provide efficient, professional, and timely website development experiences:

  • Customers can browse, preview, and select from a variety of carefully designed website templates available on the Platform, each suited to different themes and business needs.
  • Once a template is selected, Customers are required to upload all their specific requirements into their Dashboard. This ensures that project details are centralized and accessible, facilitating a seamless workflow.
  • The Dashboard serves as the central hub for communication, progress updates, and management of the order. Customers can access updates, request revisions, and receive draft videos and other deliverables directly within this section.
  • Blackbox-Dev ensures the final delivery of the completed website and any chosen add-ons within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation, provided all requirements are submitted timely.

Detailed Service Descriptions

  • Cost To Build

    This is the fundamental service where we build your website using a pre-designed template. It involves setting up the website structure, ensuring all functionalities work correctly, and preparing it for customization. Your website will be hosted on Vercel during development, and upon completion, we will transfer full ownership and access to you, giving you complete control over your site.

  • Deployment On The Platform of Our Choice

    With this option, we handle the deployment of your completed website to Vercel, our preferred hosting platform known for its reliability and performance. This ensures a smooth and efficient deployment process without you needing to worry about technical details. Once the deployment is complete, all access and ownership will be transferred to you.

  • Basic Revisions Within Initial Design Scope

    With this option, you are entitled to two rounds of revisions. In each round, you can request unlimited changes as long as they stay within the scope of your selected design tier. For example, if you chose the Basic Design tier (customizing colors and fonts), you can request any number of changes to colors, fonts, images, and text during each round. This ensures you have ample opportunity to refine your website's look and feel to match your vision.

  • Basic Redesign: Customize Colors, Fonts, Text, Logo, and Images

    Our basic redesign service allows you to make visual changes to the template to match your brand identity. This includes updating colors to match your brand palette, changing fonts to suit your style, adding your logo, updating text content, replacing images, and renaming pages. Essentially, we customize all the visual and textual elements that make your website uniquely yours without altering the underlying structure.

  • Premium Revisions

    Selecting this option provides you with five rounds of revisions. In each round, you can request unlimited changes within the scope of your selected design tier. This is particularly beneficial if you have chosen a higher design tier, such as the Premium Design, which includes additional pages and features. You can request changes to any aspect of your website covered in your design tier during each round, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with your expectations.

  • Unlimited Revisions Beyond Initial Design Scope

    This premium option grants you unlimited rounds of revisions. In each round, you can request unlimited changes within the scope of your selected design tier. This ensures you have complete flexibility to refine and perfect every detail of your website without worrying about the number of revision rounds. It's ideal for clients who desire extensive collaboration to achieve their ideal website.

  • Deployment On Your Platform of Choice

    If you have a preferred hosting provider, we will deploy your website there. This includes configuring all necessary settings to ensure your website runs smoothly on your chosen platform. Whether it's a specific hosting service or your own server, we'll handle the technical aspects of deployment. Upon completion, all access and ownership are transferred to you.

  • Consultation Services

    Our consultation services offer you one-on-one time with our experts to discuss your website project in detail. We can help refine your ideas, provide professional advice, and ensure that your vision is accurately captured. This service is especially valuable if you have specific requirements or need guidance on the best strategies for your website.

  • Custom Design: Add Up to 2 Pages and Features

    This option allows you to expand your website by adding up to two new pages and two new features. New features could include elements like image galleries, contact forms, or basic animations. This is ideal if you need a bit more functionality or content than what the basic template offers.

  • Premium Design: Add Up to 5 Pages and Features

    Our premium design service significantly enhances your website by adding up to five new pages and five new features. Features could include advanced animations, interactive elements, or custom functionality tailored to your needs. This option is perfect for businesses that require a more comprehensive website to showcase their services or products.

  • Payment Integration with Stripe

    We integrate Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform, into your website, allowing you to accept payments directly from your customers. This is essential for e-commerce sites or any business wanting to sell products or services online. We ensure the payment system is securely set up and, upon completion, transfer all access and control to you.

  • Advanced Animations

    We incorporate advanced animations to enhance the visual appeal of your website, making it more engaging for visitors. This could include animated banners, interactive elements, or scrolling effects.

  • SEO Optimization

    We optimize your website to be more search-engine friendly, helping you rank higher in search results. This involves adjusting content, meta-tags, and site structure according to SEO best practices.

  • Domain Purchase

    We handle the purchase and setup of a domain name for your website, ensuring it aligns with your brand and is easy for customers to remember. This service includes domain registration and configuration, so you can have a professional web address that reflects your business. Please note that sometimes the domain name you want may already be taken, in which case we will work with you to find an alternative.

  • Basic Logo Design

    Our basic logo design service provides you with a simple, clean logo to represent your brand. We will try our best to tailor a logo for your website needs. This logo will be designed to complement your website's overall look and feel, helping to establish a cohesive visual identity. Revising the logo with specific comments is included in the revision rounds. If you need a more complex or detailed logo, we recommend our premium logo design service.

  • Premium Logo Design

    Our premium logo design service offers a more detailed and professional logo for your brand. This service is ideal for businesses looking to establish a strong visual identity and make a lasting impression on customers. Our designers will work closely with you to create a unique logo that captures the essence of your brand. Revising the logo with specific comments is included in the revision rounds.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made at the time of checkout to initiate the project development process. No work will commence until payment is confirmed.
  • Payments must be processed using the methods provided on the Platform, ensuring secure and traceable transactions.
  • By making a payment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the total amount displayed at checkout, which encompasses the base cost of the template as well as any selected add-ons.

4. Revision Structure

To maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, Blackbox-Dev provides a structured revision process:

  • Customers who purchase the basic design package are entitled to two (2) revisions of the completed project.
  • For projects requiring more than the standard revisions, additional revision packages are available as add-ons, allowing customization according to the project’s scope and complexity.
  • All revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the initial delivery of the completed project. Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated without incurring extra charges.
  • Revisions are confined to the original project scope as defined by the base package and any chosen add-ons. Requests that go beyond the original scope will be assessed and may require an additional payment.

  • Custom Design: This tier allows for adding up to two new pages and up to two new features to the existing template. It's suitable for clients who require additional content and functionalities beyond the basic customization.
  • Premium Design: This tier offers extensive customization by adding up to five new pages and up to five new features. Ideal for businesses needing a more comprehensive website with advanced functionalities and a higher degree of personalization.

Revisions Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product. Our revisions policy is designed to provide you with ample opportunities to request changes and refinements within the scope of your selected design tier.

Two Rounds of Revisions (Included)

All clients receive two rounds of revisions at no additional cost:

  • Unlimited Changes per Round: In each of the two rounds, you can request unlimited changes as long as they are within the scope of your chosen design tier.
  • Scope Limitations: Changes must align with the initial design tier you selected. For example, if you chose the Basic Design tier, revisions can include adjustments to colors, fonts, images, text content, and page names, but cannot involve adding new pages or features.
  • Submission of Revisions: After receiving the initial video preview of your website, you can submit your revision requests through the dashboard. Clear and detailed instructions help us implement your changes accurately.

Five Rounds of Revisions (Premium Option)

If you anticipate needing more opportunities to refine your website, you can opt for the premium revisions package:

  • Five Rounds of Revisions: You are entitled to five rounds of revisions, with unlimited changes per round within your design tier's scope.
  • Ideal for Higher Design Tiers: This option is especially beneficial if you've selected the Custom or Premium Design tiers, as it allows more time to perfect additional pages and features.
  • Process: Similar to the basic revisions, you submit your revision requests through the dashboard after each preview, and we implement the changes accordingly.

Unlimited Rounds of Revisions (Ultimate Flexibility)

For clients who desire complete flexibility and the ability to refine their website extensively, we offer unlimited rounds of revisions:

  • Unlimited Rounds: You can request an unlimited number of revision rounds, with unlimited changes per round, all within the scope of your chosen design tier.
  • Collaborative Process: This option allows for an iterative and collaborative approach, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
  • Best for Complex Projects: Ideal for projects with higher complexity or when you anticipate needing more time to finalize the design and functionality.

Revision Guidelines and Responsibilities

  • Scope Adherence: Revisions must stay within the scope of the selected design tier. Requests that significantly alter the project's scope or require additional features not included in your tier may necessitate an upgrade or additional fees.

Beyond Scope (May Require Upgrade or Additional Fees)

  • Adding new pages or features not included in your selected design tier.
  • Requesting custom functionalities that require additional development time.
  • Significant redesigns that alter the fundamental structure of the template.
  • Changing the project direction after initial requirements have been agreed upon.

Upgrading Design Tiers or Revision Packages

If you find that your project needs exceed the scope of your current design tier or revision package, you have the option to upgrade:

  • Design Tier Upgrade: You can upgrade to a higher design tier to include more pages, features, or customization options.
  • Additional Revisions: If you have exhausted your revision rounds but require more changes, you can purchase additional revision packages.
  • Process: Contact us through the dashboard to discuss your needs, and we'll guide you through the upgrade process.

6. Ownership and Transfer of Work

  • Once the project is completed and receives final approval by the Customer, full ownership rights to the website and any related resources are transferred to the Customer.
  • Blackbox-Dev will not retain access or claim any rights to the completed website or its resources after the ownership is transferred.
  • Any unauthorized access or data breaches initiated by Blackbox-Dev after project completion would constitute a violation of this Agreement and will be subject to legal action.

7. Delivery Process and Communication

  • The entire service process, from the initial payment to the final delivery of the website, is structured and automated for maximum efficiency.
  • To start the project, Customers must upload all required information and materials (e.g., text content, images, logos) relevant to their chosen theme package into their Dashboard.
  • The Dashboard serves as the focal point for all project management activities. It is where Customers will be able to review draft videos showcasing the project’s development progress, submit feedback, and approve revisions.
  • Upon project completion, the final product, including login credentials and setup instructions, will be accessible through the Customer's Dashboard and sent to their registered email.
  • For any questions, assistance, or issues during the development process, Customers should contact support@blackbox-dev.com.
  • Blackbox-Dev reserves the right to decline requests for modifications that go beyond the initially agreed-upon scope without additional charges.

8. Refund Policy

Blackbox-Dev is committed to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. However, in situations where the service commitment is not fulfilled:

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Full refunds are provided in the event of non-delivery or unjustified delays beyond the agreed deadline without prior communication.
  • Refund Process: Customers can request refund through the dashboard or by contacting support@blackbox-dev.com. Please attach the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
  • Approved refund requests will be processed within seven (7) business days of confirmation.

9. Liability and Data Security

  • Blackbox-Dev ensures data protection and guarantees that no data will be accessed or utilized post-project transfer unless explicitly authorized by the Customer.
  • In the event of a breach or unauthorized data access due to actions by Blackbox-Dev, full responsibility will be assumed and appropriate measures taken.

10. Limitations of Liability

  • Blackbox-Dev shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
  • The maximum liability of Blackbox-Dev is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service rendered.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved through Arbitration or by bringing the matter to Small Claims Court in the United Kingdom.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • Blackbox-Dev reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes are made signifies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Legal Compliance and Company Registration

Blackbox Dev is a legally registered company in the United Kingdom and operates in full compliance with UK regulations. Blackbox Dev is registered with Companies House, and adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory obligations under UK law.

  • Blackbox-Dev complies with all statutory obligations as a Companies House registered business in the United Kingdom, providing our customers with security and assurance in their interactions with our company.
  • Our legal status as a registered company means we are bound to adhere to UK corporate governance standards, financial reporting, and data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements, ensuring your data privacy.
  • Should any disputes arise that are not resolved through our Dispute Resolution terms, Customers are entitled to pursue resolution in accordance with UK law.
